Allison brings her design experience, research data and local comps to every evaluation. Consultation fee is credited toward your project when you move forward.

2. Proposal & Partnership — You receive a contract reviewing the tailored scope of the project goals, an investment outline (estimated hours or flat fee) along with a retainer request. Once approved, your project is formally scheduled.

3. Design & Refinement — The Property Atelier provides comprehensive, “turn-key” remodeling and marketing services from design, remodeling, construction, and paint to sourcing furniture, appliances, art, furnishings, marketing, and branding materials. We execute the agreed-upon services with clear communication, professional coordination, and thoughtful attention to detail. 

4. Completion & Photography — Final styling and finishing touches bring your space to life, resulting in a market-ready property that is professionally photographed for a breathtaking listing.

5. Reveal — Final walkthrough ensures every detail is complete and the property is ready to welcome its next chapter.
